Operations and Maintenance

• We will be responsible for attending to the compliances
  for products under warranty.

• Major failures in engines shall be coordinated with your designated I authorized contact points.
• Repairs and Re-conditioning of sets will be duly attended.

Monitoring

As a service Provider we work closely with your organization to insure the proper functioning of the troubleshooting system. An integral part of this system is to perform default management functions that increase the customer's confidence.

Inspection, Maintenance & Overhaul

Field engineers perform an intensive analysis of the mechanics and electronics, generate an inspection report, and develop suggestions for improvement and ideas for modernization.

Advantages

  be reused after first overhaul.
• Side drain piston makes negligible consumption of
  engine oil.
• Cross-flow process helps emit the combusted gases
  completely out of engine.
• Less temperature near valves, that gives long-life.
• Saves fuel and gets maximum power from each

Major Components

Heavy duty high speed industrial engines running at 3,000 RPM and Wave form 1 Hrs, 12 Hrs. BS5514 standards, Motor-Starting and wave form within limits of BS 4999 part 40 frequency stability within BS 5514 radio conforming BS, 800, 10% over load for 1 hr during 12 hrs operation.

Standard make type BCA, horizontal two pole. It is horizontal, 2 pole, single bearing brush less machine, conforming BS5000 with IP23 enclosure protection, Class-H insulated through alternator terminal connection.

Control Panel consists of control switches in compact arrangement. Protection provided for high temperature shut down of engine, low oil pressure shut down of engine, 100 amps. MCCB, Voltmeter, Frequency Meter, Ampere Meter, DC Amps Meter, KWH Meter, Temperature Meter, Fuel gauge, 63 Amp. Change-over switch, etc..
